Tender Specialist (Almaty)

We are looking for a Tender Specialist to join our team in Almaty/Astana.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of all tender sites;
• Working with electronic trading platforms;
• Preparation of tenders and commercial proposals;
• Control and support of won tenders in terms of contracts and acts on electronic trading platforms;
• Document management;
• Processing of incoming requests;
• Reporting.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience of at least 3 years in the field of tender management / procurement;
• Knowledge of local tender procedures;
• Confident MS Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Fluency in English, at least upper-intermediate Kazakh;
• Ability to establish effective business contacts with employees of different official categories;
• Skills of effective work time planning, the ability to cope with several tasks simultaneously;
• Ability to work with a large flow of information;
• Attention to detail;
• Analytical skills.
