CAPEX Supervisor

• Execution of budget control over the implementation of investment projects and ensuring compliance of capital expenditure aimed at the safeguarding and of Company assets and risks mitigation in line with the PepsiCo policies and procedures and meet the requirements of the legislation;
• Ensure support to function initiating Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) and control their compliance with PepsiCo policies and procedures and АОР -Annual Operational Plan (terms of realization and amortization; correctness of cost allocation Capex/ Opex, classification of objects, of determining the value of objects to be written off, terms of payment, etc);
• Ownership of adequate internal control systems for the financial processes existing at plants, in capital expenditure aimed at the safeguarding of Company’s assets and risks mitigation in line with the PepsiCo policies and procedures and meet the requirements of the legislation;
• Support in managing Capex Budget;
• Ensure timely provision of accurate financial statements in part of Investment projects and Fixed assets that are compliant with the requirements of PepsiCo’s financial policies and US GAAP as well as complementary reporting data required by Divisions and Regions in order to comply with the public company requirements;
• Regular provision of comparable, understandable and precise financial information;
• Maintenance of a precise, repetitive and transparent cost accounting system;
• Providing control over Accounting department in terms of accounting for investment projects, CIP, fixed assets and expenses for investment projects and fixed assets;
• Support Fin Controller for designing, implementing and managing efficient, effective and functionally integrated financial processes and systems.

• Higher Finance Education;
• 3 years working experience in Finance (BIG 4 preferable);
• Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles, Tax, US GAAP accounting;
• Analytical, Interpersonal and Communication skills;
• Scale team leadership;
• Knowledge of 1c ERP;
• Intermediate English;
• Strong analytical skills and proficient Excel user.
