We are glad to consider applicants on our new vacancy of Sales & Marketing Manager, Kazakhstan.

Reports to: Country Manager, Kazakhstan (operationally), Sales Director (functionally)

Communication chain: within company (all departments), outside the company (suppliers, government bodies, consulting firms, audit firms, customers)

Purpose of the role: Manage the activities related to current and new product portfolio developed by TAV Operation Services in line with the Sales & Marketing Division unit goals and yearly revenue and income targets. This role also is responsible for value added services including sponsorship / in-lounge advertising areas across all channels and digital marketing management.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all services provided by relevant region TAV Operation Services are sold profitably both in the corporate and individual channel; ensuring that customer profitability, payments, new customers and satisfaction of the available customers are kept at the highest level.
  • Creating new sales and marketing strategies mostly on awareness and campaign management aligned with HQ teams to ensure realization of the sales increasing activities
  • Reporting performance on a regular base to ensure all KPI’s are monitored and proactive actions are taken for each channel & customer portfolio
  • Ensuring that the potential customers are surveyed, contacted, sales presentations are prepared and agreements are acted in order to expand customer portfolio
  • Ensuring that the required coordination is realized in order to fulfill the service requests received from the customers and provided by HQ teams for Sales & Marketing
  • Align with pricing strategy with managers and marketing for each channels/customer and ensure revenue targets to be aligned with profitability
  • Building communication with the external stakeholders and managing relationships (Official Institutions, Airlines etc.)
  • Assuring that coordination is achieved with the Operations division for the issues of the demands and expectations of the customers, new customer surveys, additions to and changes in the available products etc.
  • Manage activities related to marketing strategies and implement business plans to region in line with HQ Marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and higher
  • Professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management : 7+ years
  • Language: English - Upper Intermediate. Working level of Russian. KZ knowledge would be a plus.
  • PC: Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP systems (preferably Oracle, SAP)
  • Soft Skills: results orientation, good communication, presentation and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders, customer centric & collaborative, acting with Integrity, be an example of an international company behaviors, understanding of corporate ethics, go along with the core values of the company. Adherence with the Code of conduct and corporate ethics.
