Middle Business Analyst

Your role as a Middle Business Analyst is critical to our organization, and you will closely collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to enhance our business intelligence systems.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Provide efficient and timely support to address the needs and concerns of our business users.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document clear and comprehensive requirements for developing BI-models.

• Ensure that requirements are accurately maintained across all BI-models, maintaining consistency and relevance.

• Engage in UAT activities to validate and refine BI-model outputs, ensuring they meet user expectations and needs.

• Create detailed design documentation describing the operating principles of the models, making it accessible and understandable for the team.

• Analyze and identify end-to-end system utilization flows to enhance the overall user experience.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, covering various aspects of the business analysis process.

• Craft user stories with acceptance criteria to guide development and testing efforts.

• Participate in backlog grooming activities to prioritize and refine user stories for development.

• Proactively address inquiries and provide necessary support to development, quality assurance, and business users.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following competencies:

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication.

• Proficient in English at the C1 level or higher.

• SDLC Understanding.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence, facilitating efficient project management.

• Basic Data Science Knowledge.

• BI-Model Design Fundamentals.

• Technical Background.

Nice to have:

• You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst position to effectively fulfill this role.

• A Bachelor's or Engineer degree is required, preferably in IT, Economy, or Marketing-related fields.
