Responsibilities:
- To increase the number of customers defined as per the sales solicitation program. To constantly be on the hunt for new account business.
- To promptly handle, follow up and secure any lead received by other departments.
- To follow specific account strategies defined by Senior Sales Manager anytime a situation requires it.
- To report all findings, challenges that occurred, who was visited and calendar of events for upcoming month on a regular basis.
- To represent the company on the local market by taking part both in internal and external events.
- To perform sales reporting to General Manager.
- To be customer oriented in approaching the clients.
- To contribute to the Sales team regular meetings.
- To coordinate the work of the other sales specialists.
- To Manage a Sales team in Almaty
- To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
- To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

Higher Education, Bachelor degree

Fluent Russian & English (verbal & written)
