Manager MOPS Systems & Tools EMC

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Manage Brand systems & tools set-up and processes and ensure consistent Brand Article Master Data quality and accuracy across EMC (Emerging Markets Central) Cluster. Drive efficiency through automation and act as Brand SPOC for systems & tools projects and integrations. Lead the MOPS systems and tools team and deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, plan, and ensure timely execution of all MOPS (Marketing Operations) system and tools related tasks for EMC Cluster, and coordinate systems & tools milestones with key counterparts
• Responsible for EMC RMA Cluster Administration and SAP Mapping
• EMC Brand SAP AFS Key User and responsible for SAP Release Testing
• Expert in EMC Marketing systems set-up and landscape
• Ensure data quality and accuracy and correct execution of manual uploads
• Review and evaluate regular Article Master Data checks in RMA, SAP AFS and Navision
• Ensure Brand Article Master Data readiness for seasonal Sell-in tool preparation
• Manage seasonal Cluster offline file creation, such as Range List files and templates
• Maintain existing solutions and BOTs and drive further enhancements
• Identify opportunities for automation (RPA) and initiate the development and drive implementation of new BOTs / solutions
• Drive efficiency and bring in E2E-process improvements
• Communicate system updates and changes and train Brand colleagues
• Support all related projects and integrations as Brand SPOC and work closely with EM MOPS counterparts, Business Solutions & Tech teams
• Establish Systems & Tools Playbook and share Best Practice
• Manage the system & tools team, driving high-performance culture and operational excellence

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Structured and organized way of working
• Project Management skills
• Pro-active, collaborative, and positive attitude
• MS Office software package, advanced level of use of MS Excel
• Experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP
• Fluent in English

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Higher technical or economic education
• Experience as system key user or administrator
• Experience in reviewing and developing processes, procedures, standards, and methodologies
