Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and address talent management needs.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
- Provide coaching and career development opportunities to employees.
- Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies.
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure that performance management processes are effective and aligned with the organization's goals.
- Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Lead well-being projects for employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- English level: upper-intermediate and higher.
