ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, organizes, and presents customer solutions to meet customer's needs;
- Manages complex sales opportunities with customers;
- Interacts and builds relationships with regional customers; handles any and all escalated customer requests, questions, or concerns;
- Navigates and interacts with senior-level executives of organizations of all sizes;
- Develops loyal customers and maintains high-level relationships;
- Executes sales strategies to gain maximum results from customer relationships;
- Looks for new opportunities through sales channels and market trends;
- Leads business development activities in alignment with business objectives;
- Implements Company’s strategic and annual Sales plans;
- Builds relationships and develops loyal partners.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Language and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent English
Professional Skills and Experience:
- Experience in B2B sales goods at least for 3~5 years (experience in ID, AV products sales is preferable)
- Strong sales abilities, leadership, communication skills
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Result oriented, self-motivated, pro-active, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines.
