Responsibilities:
Be responsible of aftermarket order intake for selected customers\territory
Be resonsible of customer case specific pricing (within guidelines) and drive value based pricing
Searches for new clients who benefits from FLSmidth products or services and maximizes client potential
Develps relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
Persuades clients that FLS’ products or services best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Learns about FLSmidth products line, current and new products.
Participates in contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Prepares proposals for clients with equipment specialization
Liaises
with other team members in order to gain sales or technical support
Performs presentations and demonstrations of how a product meets clients needs
Participates in planning sales activities in order to meet determined objectives within the geographical area
Participates in strategy within a determined price policy adjusted to the market situation to ensure that the determined goals and targets are met
Focus to build and maintain active long term relationship with key decision makers at the site level
Establish, coordinate and lead a team taking care of customer relationships, including site account planning – driving proactive sales
Ensure efficient information sharing between customer and relevant parts of Company’s organization
Frequent customer visits
Leading sales negotiations including various Company technologies
Stays well informed about market trends in order to conduct assessments of long-term market needs
Participates in negotiations to leads to the best possible terms for FLSmidth
Collaborates closely with Product Managers on technical questions in sales processes as a foundation for a product offering which meets the clients’ needs in a commercially relevant manner
Requsitions:
High degree (preferably technical)
Experience in technical sales (equipment, services, spare parts)
Experience in Mineral Processing or Metallurgy preferably
Upper Intermediate English
Computer skills (Excel, Word, Lotus, MS Project)
Almaty\Karaganda resident or ready to relocate on conditions, proposed by Company
Understanding of value – based sales concept
Ready for frequent traveling, domestically and internationally
Business trips (up to 60 % of working time)
