Fixed Assets Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Planning distribution of Fixed Assets and POSM to the regions;
• Preparing and providing all the documents between Company and distribution regarding Fixed Assets and POSM: Power of Attorney, Receivable Notes, Reconciliation Acts and etc);
• Preparing reports and documents for “Turquality”;
• Cooperation with Company Departments and also with Regional Sales Teams for providing effective operation of each unit of Fixed Assets on fields;
• Cooperation with advertising warehouse: control stocks of FA and POSM;
• Provide receiving POSM by regions in time;
• Provide all reports from regions in time;
• Collect requests for maintenance of coolers from regions;
• Place requests for guaranty maintenance on web-site of vendor;
• Distribution and counting spare parts using for maintenance of FA;
• Preparing documents for write off process of FA.

Requirements:
• University degree
• Experience in the same field not less than 1 year
• Proficient user in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word)
• English level (Intermediate)
• SAP Experience will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
