Senior manager (Methodist) at Extension school

Functional responsibilities:

• Prepare content for Teacher retraining programs to enhance the knowledge of school teachers and engage as a speaker

• Provide responses to inquiries and communicate with the participants of the Teacher retraining programs

• Assess and evaluate the assignments submitted by participants in the Teacher retraining programs

• Produce visual content for Instagram posts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree holder
• Experience in teaching is highly preferred
• Familiarity with state-mandated educational standards across all levels of education
• Familiarity with rules and legislation governing teacher training programs
• Proficiency in methods of document formatting and processing
• Knowledge of age-appropriate pedagogy and psychology principles
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Kazakh, Russian, and English languages
• Strong leadership and management skills

Working conditions:

• Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Working hours: full time (9:00-18:00), lunchtime 1 hour
